NMBS zet 150.000 m² kantoorruimte in Gare du Midi te koop

SNCB has put up for sale four office complexes located around Brussels' Gare du Midi, with a total surface area of 150,000 m². The decision is part of the rail operator's ambitious project to build a new headquarters, which is progressing slowly. The buildings include the France-Bara complex, comprising twelve structures, as well as the 50,000 m² Atrium building and the two Delta-Zennewater buildings.

The SNCB is putting a vast area of office space in the Gare du Midi district up for sale, in response to its redevelopment project. The complexes up for sale include the Atrium building, which covers almost 50,000 m², as well as the France-Bara complex and the Delta-Zennewater buildings. The sale is part of the renovation project for the former postal sorting office on rue Fonsny, where the SNCB plans to centralize its operations.
